Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط In episode 25 and 34, prostitution is talked about and mentioned, but no sex or nudity is shown, but there is suggestive dialogue.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط In the first episode the main character's fiance asks him if he wants to go to a meeting or spend time with her. She starts to kiss him, it cuts after.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط One of the thugs start mentioning how their boss was in a pimp in his early days.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط In episode 23 there's a woman who is wearing somewhat revealing clothes but it's not over the top.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط In episode 25, minute 15:25 there's a scene of naked women's photos of about 10 seconds duration. And a place place of prostitution is shown because detectives go there to investiga te.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man is shot in the head 3 times. A little blood is shown and so is the aftermath.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد There is a shootout where several men are shot. It's brief but blood is shown. Since it's animated, it's not all that disturbing.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد There is a torture scene where a man's fingernails are clipped too short. It's cringe worthy, stress inducing, and shows some blood.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man is shot in both his kneecaps. More blood than previous instances.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد There is a shootout which is shown in two episodes. Men are shot in the head and streams of blood come out. It's the most blood shown apart from aftermath murders.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد Expect to see lots of violence and scary imagery that includes murder and death, blood, use of guns and knives, stabbings, suicide, and car accidents. There are also a lot of medical themes and scenes that depict operations. Though the series does have a lot of blood, the horror is more psychological, and the villain is a nihilistic serial killer who drives people insane with his very presence.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man stabs himself in the right ear with a pencil. Blood is shown.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد There are gunfights with blood often throughout the show.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد The main character is a surgeon and operates on people. Sometimes blood can be seen on his tools.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد Sometimes we see the aftermath of the mass murderer's killings. Blood is clearly shown on the victims.

Profanity شدت: کم Bastard, hell, God (used in exclamation) and dammit are sometimes used, but never constantly.. In the dub there are two uses of both b*tch and ass. Some episodes do not feature profanity at all. The subtitled version could vary depending on the translator.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: متوسط Around the beginning of the show a character gets drunk.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: متوسط Three characters around the beginning of the show eat some drugged candy that later kills them.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: متوسط Characters smoke throughout the show, however none of the main characters do.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: متوسط One of the main characters becomes an alcoholic and drinks throughout the show.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد A child almost tries to jump off a bridge and kill himself.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد The villain, Johan Liebert, is a deeply disturbing and frightening character, being a complete psychopath who manipulates everyone around him and kills innocents in so many gruesome ways in utterly ruthless and remorseless fashion, and his eerily calm demeanor only makes him even creepier.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد Rated R for disturbing violent content and behavior, bloody images, some sexuality, and nudity.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد Throughout the series, many people get negatively affected by Johan's presence, which radically alters their psychological pattern towards life in a very strong manner by making them either become serial killers or commit suicide.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد Near the end of the show, there is a massacre in a town that used to be peaceful. This is depicted in about 2-3 episodes, and all of them are very intense, shocking and disturbing.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد Roberto is a very frightening villain, being a psychopathic murderer who gets manipulated by Johan into doing all of the actions he does in the series. His motives, and most of all behavior and actions make him an incredibly disturbing character.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد The entire series is based on the idea of fear, manipulation, and human corruption. The main villain has quite a twisted mind that can be very hard to understand sometimes. The main character progressively becomes less of a hero in pursuit to kill the villain.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد Around the beginning of the show some people are shot, and their children are taken into the hospital. The girl (both around age 12) is seen wandering around the hospital, whispering the word 'kill'. This could be disturbing to some.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد The scenes related to an orphanage massacre can be disturbing or frightening to some.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد One of the main background characters is strapped to a chair and tortured - his nails are cut past the point that they should be cut, and he is beaten. This can be very disturbing to audiences who are sensitive to torture.
