Nearly all the sexual content is in the first season.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط No human nudity, and no sex scenes are explicitly shown on screen.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط Overall the show's sexual content decreases every season, with the show focusing more on serious topics such as mental health and trauma. There's no nudity apart from one episode where a baby seahorse's genitals are seen, however it's not detailed at all, as well as a few infrequent glimpses of animal nudity in paintings, which are again not explicit.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط Inconsistent sexual content, with most episodes not having anything except a few jokes.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط Multiple innuendoes and crude jokes, however they're never explicit, and they grow less frequent overtime as the show becomes more dark and sincere with it's themes and writing.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط Season 3 Episode 4 follows BoJack trying to bring a baby Seahorse back to its father, full frontal unisexual nudity of the baby is shown throughout the episode.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم A character stabs themself in the stomach, blood spews out.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم A man gets stabbed in prison but it's played for laughs.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم Characters often get violent when drunk.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم In E6 S1, a man is stabbed repeatedly and a lot of blood is spurted out; although it's used as a joke, the scene is graphic.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم Strong violence is occasionally portrayed in the show, and usually only aftermaths are depicted. However, brief bloody violence is depicted in some episodes.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم In almost every episode, slapstick humor is depicted occasionally with a joke. For example, in an establishing shot, a bird decides to fly away before it is hit head-on by a plane.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم At one point, BoJack gets severely under drug influence, and his hallucination causes him to hallucinate a vision of his ghost writer into a horrifying, grotesque monstrosity. He then remarks 'Oh shit, I'm still tripping.'This scene is played for humor and different title cards enforce that.

Profanity شدت: متوسط The F-word plays a role of making drastic scenes more so important and is never used mindlessly or for simply for filler dialogue. It used once every season, typically in very intense or emotional scenes.

Profanity شدت: متوسط One use of "cunt" in the show, used in a comedic fashion in season 2, episode 3.

Profanity شدت: متوسط There are 6 uses of "fuck" throughout the entire show.

Profanity شدت: متوسط Frequent uses of mild language such as: "shit", "bitch", "ass" and "dick" in almost every episode.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: زیاد Cocaine, heroin, marijuana, DMX, horse tranquillisers, xanax and all sorts of pills are consumed throughout the show, some usage shown graphically, some times just implied.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: زیاد Frequent paraphernalia.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: زیاد In the episode 'Love and/or Marriage' (S3 EP5) several people are seen taking this drug called 'gush', a sort of acidic opiate pill, the consequent hallucinations are seen.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: زیاد In season three, it is discovered that the name 'BoJack' is also a popular heroin brand. BoJack is also shown snorting heroin of that patent in one of season three's final episodes.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: زیاد One of the season two's final episodes shows a teenage girl getting progressively drunk and eventually succumbing to alcohol poisoning.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: زیاد In the second episode of season three, two characters start drinking to write a script for a new TV show, eventually they get drunk and start writing nonsense.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: زیاد Frequent and graphic drinking. Cigarette smoking throughout. Occasional marijuana smoking. Occasional cocaine use. Prescription opiates are used. There is also heroin use, and a scene where a woman takes a fictional drug ("Gush") that is described as being similar to LSD and MDMA. There are also many scenes of characters taking and snorting pills

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: زیاد The prescription pills abused and misused in the show may be opioids painkillers, benzodiazepines/sedatives, and stimulants.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: زیاد In the BoJack Horseman universe, a brand of heroin named "BoJack" is seen being held in a character's hands. This is referenced in later episodes.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط While there are a few sex scenes, they are all mostly obscured from the camera and never last more than a few seconds. They become increasingly infrequent the longer the show goes on, almost never happening in the last few seasons.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط S1 E1 contains a sex scene with no nudity where a girl is riding Bojack Horseman, moaning is heard and she says "I'm almost there"

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط Since the world of 'BoJack Horseman' consists of human beings living intermittently with anthropomorphic animals, there is a natural relationship that coexists between species. This can lead to human-animal, or different-animal intimacy. This is considered normalcy in the show, but may prove awkward to some viewers.

Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط Relationships are commonly featured in the show however nothing overly sexual happens.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم One episode focuses on the topic of abortion and features a dolphin pop star singing a song about abortions with a music video that has lots of graphic imagery.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم Rarely any violence if there is it's usually mild. But there's only a few episodes with severe violence and it's usually for a few scenes.

Violence & Gore شدت: کم There is some bloody violence played for darkly comedic purposes.

Profanity شدت: متوسط Around 460 uses of 'shit' in the entire show.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد While the show's genre is comedy and has lots of comedic moments, it overall has an extremely emotionally upsetting, depressing and traumatizing tone. The subject matter is incredibly profound, various touchy themes are tackled upon in an extremely mature, down-to-earth and thought-provoking manner, and there's an all-around sense of sheer bleakness and horrible misery.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد The show's titular character is certainly not a good person, often hurting people (including his friends) and having a generally pessimistic view on life.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد Not scary or traditionally suspenseful by any means, but very emotionally intense and in many cases, depressing.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد The show is free of a formulaic resolution to each episode and therefore, it will often end an episode on a dark or depressing note with little to no resolution, meaning that after a shocking event occurs, things don't magically resolve by the end of the 25 minutes, actions have long-term consequences in the show.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد Diane is racially profiled by American tourists while on vacation in Vietnam.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد The main character is a bit of a jerk and moody because of his awful past/childhood.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد The series deals with suicidal intentions or thoughts throughout the seasons. This is very distressing.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد Moderate/Severe for neurodivergent viewers.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد In one earlier episode where Bojack is on drugs, he experiences numerous creepy hallucinations.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: زیاد There are implications regarding drug use in almost every episode, where characters will passingly remark on situations/incidents or other characters in conjunction with drug use, and some episodes feature actual drug use being depicted by various characters in the series. Pills and other forms of drug paraphernalia can be seen in the background occasionally in almost every episode as well.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد The show gets progressively darker and bleaker each season, it may in fact be the most depressing cartoon of all time.
