      خیلی زیبا و در عین حال غمگین انگیز! این فیلم به معنای واقعی مفهوم عشق رو نشون میده.

        یه فیلمیه که با کلی وعده‌ی عمیق بودن، در نهایت تنها یه چرندیات بی‌روح و بی‌حاصل شده. داستانش مثل یه همهمه‌ی بی‌معنی داره؛ وقتی می‌خونی که قرار بود یه درد و رنج واقعی رو حس کنی، فقط یه سری شعارهای بی‌حاصل و تکراری رو می‌بینی. بازیگران سعی می‌کنن، ولی دیالوگ‌ها و کارگردانی مثل یه تقلید ناقص از فیلم‌های قدیمی هستن، نه اون عمق و حس واقعیه. فیلم مثل یه نسخه ضعیف از اون چیزاییه که یه بار دیدی و حالش رو فراموش کردی، هیچ چیز جدیدی به سینما اضافه نکرده. به‌راستی، "Waking the Dead" بیشتر وقتت رو به تماشای یه شوخی خشک تبدیل می‌کنه تا یه تجربه‌ی سینمایی واقعی؛ اصلاً به درد نخوره!
