Sex & Nudity شدت: متوسط There is a scene in which a man spends time with a tribal group, the tribal women's breasts and bare buttocks are shown in a non sexual manner. This sequence is not handled in the style of Natural Geographic however, since the main character seems to be sexually involved with her. No male nudity however.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: متوسط One of the prisoners falls and lands on a chicken. The chicken then begins to move around in circles while on the ground unable to walk.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: متوسط There is a scene involving a leper colony, the leper's skin condition is rather gruesome and disturbing.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: متوسط Overall the movie has a very unpleasant feeling to it, with characters being starved and locked away in dark cells for months at a time, along with the prison theme.
