All of this is shown in gruesome, grisly detail with extended visuals of suffering and a great amount of bloodshed. When he shoots himself, his head blasts apart and his exploded head is seen numerous times throughout the film. This is extremely graphic.

He is shown suffering and begging for help as his killer slowly kills him with blood splattering and squirting all over the place. He is eventually stabbed in the head and the knife is shown graphically penetrating and being pulled out with extreme graphic detail. Absolutely horrific.
