Sex & Nudity شدت: کم A woman goes skinny-dipping, her breasts and buttocks are briefly exposed.

Sex & Nudity شدت: کم In the remastered and restored Blu-Ray edition, when Chrissie goes swimming at the beginning, her breasts, nipples, buttocks and even pubic hair are briefly visible.

Sex & Nudity شدت: کم In the beginning of the movie a girl goes skinny dipping but because the sun is setting it is almost impossible to see anything except for her silhouette when she is running and swimming maybe a shot of side breast for like one second.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A detached leg is shown in the water briefly.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد The movie overall is very gory. It would definitely be rated R by today's standards.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A woman's hand, missing one finger, turns up on the beach. There is initially no blood shown, but it is later shown in detail.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man investigates a corpse. He gives a graphic description of how she was killed by the shark.

Violence & Gore شدت: زیاد A man looks at pictures of shark victims that have chunks of flesh missing. The skin is healed up around the wounds in one picture, but it is still rather gruesome.

Profanity شدت: کم When compared to the novel the movie only has moderate to mild language and some blasphemy, the book has tons of f-bombs the movie hasn't the only word that could offend is the s-word and maybe the blasphemy to religious people who don't having the savior's name abused.

Profanity شدت: کم 5 uses of "*ss", 5 uses of "b*tch", 3 uses of "b*st*rd", 3 uses of "sh*t", 7 uses of "hell", 11 uses of "d*mn", a couple uses of "GD", uses of "God", "Jesus", "Christ", and 2 uses of scr*w. - VidAngel.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم People are shown smoking.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking شدت: کم Three men sit around in a boat drinking and begin to appear drunk.

Frightening & Intense Scenes شدت: زیاد Every single detail depicted points to a rated-R movie by today's standards. The film is also a good contender for a good case of galeophobia.
